Federica, the creative director and an unrelenting trend and inspiration seeker, is the driving force behind the artistic and conceptual direction of their projects. Her passion for books and paper is reflected in the meticulous attention to detail, especially in the production of Mia Le Journal, her renowned coffee table book that delves into intimacy, beauty, and visual art. Danilo, photographer and associate editor of Mia Le Journal, is the visual soul of the duo. With a refined and emotionally engaging photographic style, he captures the essence of his subjects, transforming each shot into a profound and authentic visual narrative. His international experience and ongoing creative exploration fuel each project, making his images both powerful and elegant.
Together, Federica and Danilo built Mia Production Agency to merge their passion for photography, design, and visual communication, creating content that combines aesthetics, innovation, and storytelling. The agency works with some of the most prestigious luxury brands, producing content that goes beyond visuals, leaving a lasting and meaningful imprint on the luxury world.
Today, Federica and Danilo continue their creative journey between Milan, Paris, and New York, constantly pushing boundaries and searching for new ways to express their vision.

Inside the agency Elisabetta Cavatorta works as a stylist.  In almost twenty-year career in the world of fashion, she first approached photography and casting direction, to then definitively direct her artistic capacity to styling. Elisabetta has been contributor for a long time to several Italian and international fashion magazines until she met the duo Federica & Danilo, founders of Mia Le Journal magazine, and it was love at the first sight. She soon became Editor at Large for Italy and Europe and now she spends most of the time creating between pages new fantastic stories whit wonderful clothes and amazing models.

Carmen Palumbo, Graphic Editor of Mia Le Journal. She joined the Mia Production team in september 2018, after her degree in fashion styling, as fashion assistant. After she will take care of the graphic design of the magazine Mia Le Journal and of the projects. Finally, in April 2022, she become also Junior Art Director at the side of Federica Trotta Mureau.

Marina Micuccio, Editorial Production Coordinator & Artist Relations Manager of Mia Le Journal . She is the youngest one of the team, she become a member of Mia Production team in 2020, after her degree in fashion styling. She will work on photoshoots as a Editorial Production Coordinator and for the magazine as a Contents Scouting. Finally, now she become also Production Coordinator of Mia Production team, taking care of all the planning since the beginning.
